Yeah, I think it's too simple. And we just had a geometric font used for a logo where the letters were joined up about two weeks ago. Either it's a trend or the Seventies are back.

I think you could get artistic with the word NOTE and set PHOTOGRAPHY in a simple sans serif type for contrast. NOTE on its own would then act as an independent logo.

Try to work out a design in simple black&white first. When it looks attractive and balanced, you can then introduce some color - if you have to.
