In case you haven't noticed, Macromedia has already made big advances in both AS and Accessibility fields. Meaning they can do it. As far as load times go, the net is only getting faster...

And you're right. Every graphic designer who works for the web must know his blah blah blah... for now. Times will change, I can feel it. With more and more corporate sites done in Flash these days, I feel a trend.
