a few of my keyboard shortcuts don't seem to work and there's a behaviours window which i'm not sure was there in MX (its similar to the dreamweaver behaviours panel). it exports to Flash Player 7 rather than 6. i'm sure there are more technical improvements but those are just the ones i've noticed. it deals with small fonts slightly better as well. oh, and it has a spell checker.
