Fuck, I got it the other way around. Get hold of the pantone charts and match the colour from a nice printed example. You will not get ideal match, its just that there are less pantone inks then there are combinations of four CMYK inks. And then change the colour to the one you figured out in illy, Photoshop is deffo not the PROPER tool for this.
