you could find a better type choice. the colors are nice but they look like you picked 3 colors from the swatches palette. try tweaking them to harmonize more with each other.
when i'm creating a logo, sometimes i think of it as a game of tetris: where can pieces fit into each other? "productions" could easily be nudged a little closer to greenlight and enlarged a bit to fit nicely inbetween both the G's. that would give it a bit more proximity. it looks a bit like its floating right now.
definately a step up from the last one.
