Apart from the price of course... take the CS3 Master Collection for example:

US: $2499 (equals £1,211.41)
UK: £2313.58 (equals $4,772.67)

If I were to buy the US version of CS3 Design Premium, to use in the UK, would I get in trouble if ever asked to verify that I am legally licensed to use the software?
