It looks the same in IE5.x/Win, IE6 and Mozi apart from a couple of tiny things...
In WinIE5.x there isnt as much padding around the logo as on others (

In Mozi there's a small gap below the image in the left hand column (

I'd maybe have the top nav bar inline with the middle column like you have done with the bottom one.
I'd also maybe make the right hand column a % width so that the middle column doesnt get as wide on larger monitors.
It doesn't validate...that validate link is pointing at another page. You might want to try a more accessibile drop down menu.
All just suggestions though. Looks nice.
