Pretty sure the initial comments were quite clearly about the two identical nav bars within the large thumbnails in the link, and nothing to do with Coroflot (I find it pretty easy to see it's a site where you host some samples your work, not a site you design yourself)
And I agree with them, if you're going to have work duplicated within your examples, at least don't show them right next to one another.
And though PGO's comment about the degree was a little below the belt, your overreaction and defensive reaction and quoting of cash offer would have people with autism offering you hugs for taking things too seriously.
