Last few weeks it's been loads of vocal/guitar stuff like RHCP (By The Way), David Gray (A New Day At Midnight), Coldplay (A Rush of Blood To The Head), Johan (Pergola), The Shins (Oh, Inverted World).

I go through phases, shuttling back and forth between lively, 'sing-a-long out loud' guitar+vocal stuff and quieter, more 'intimate' electronica/jazz/folk-influenced instrumental.

The latter set is where my heart is.

I can't over-recommend stuff like Philip Glass, Penguin Cafe Orchestra, Yann Tiersen (Le Phare, L'Absente, Amelie soundtrack).
Greatest stuff in the world to work to, imho.
