Afternoon all.

First off I hope I have posted this in the correct area. If not, please accept my apologies.

I have an image with a white background. There are also black lines that depict a dog which also has a white body. I am trying to set the image to be transparent which I can do, but when I put this onto the webpage which has a background colour of #FF9933 (an orangey colour), I end up with blocky bits of white an orange around the black lines of the dog.

How on earth do I clean this up so that the image sits seamlessly on the orange background. I have tried everything I can think of but to no aval.
