to my knowledge they are full editions. but you are restricted from using them for ANY commercial purposes.

the software is monitored the same as any software, font or stock image. They keep an eye out.. If you get caught being naughty they take you to the cleaners.

I have worked at places that have been turned over by the software police. they are generally reasonable people if you prove you have a good business practise. but it is scary stuff... especially with fonts.
