Thankfully no! But here's a typical design to get you started with the background Dark Victorian style wallpaper download
Then you'll need some bold slab serif fonts for headlines. Use lots of different ones on the same page! Use Times for body copy.
There was no colour photography back then, only b&w. You could try colouring some b&w photos yourself for an authentic look.
I'm assuming you have a brief to produce a Victorian-style website. Rather than look to see what someone else might have done, now's your chance to do something original. Show us what you come up with!
