I must be the only person who hasn't had a problem with NTL. I have been a customer of their for 3 years, have a maxed-out Digital TV subscription, their dial-up Internet service is good enough for me not to be too bothered about getting Broadband at the moment and the phone works, well, like a phone.
My only complaint is that the Caller ID service is not supported in my area yet, making my trio of fancy Panasonic handsets lack one nice feature......
