"You know that for sure..." Um, again, you can find cheap CF hosting. You can find expensive hosting. The exact same applies to .Net, PHP, etc. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. If you want to host your business on a 5 dollar a month host, be my guest, but don't be surprised if their uptime is not stellar.
