If you're using relative positioning, you'll easily get fed up with dreamweaver. Dreamweaver doesn't render pages as it should ... at all. Its troublesome to keep on changing positioning values and not knowing how they will turn out until you preview it. Besides, IE and Netscape are both VERY slow browsers.
