And that is exactly what GoDaddy business model relies on. If everyone started to use 100% of allocated resources, GoDaddy will start losing money very quickly. It is textbook overselling formula. For the price they charge, there is no economical way for them to handle 100% of resources offered to every single client and to sustain good support service level.

I value your feedback, and will take it into consideration. However, we currently serve 300+ accounts, and those choosing the service obviously see the value in the service we provide. As you mentioned, not everyone knows about Flickr or don't find Flickr' offering appealing.
The service is worth exactly what customers are willing to pay for it.
