I guess this is a site for people who know what they want. Aside from windows media serving being a dying industry and flash being the emerging winner takes all (theres little technical difference between serving FLV and WMV, but great demand disparity), you site is technically lacking.
Some pointers:
- use of is generally frowned upon. Excessive use just reeks of ill planning.
- google ads on your product site is perverted.
- Use of images as menu items will see your SEO drop.
- Div is no substitute for H1 and P tags. Using them will see your SEO rise.
- you specify CSS for your fonts AND html font tags. Why?
As for Lag, well Windows media only works on... wait for it... windows!
