Go and buy a mango. look at its colour. Use the colour(s) of the mango as a starting point for your logo. I would suggest using a modern sans serif typeface (remember to kern the letters). Try and come up with a simple device to use in the logo. use pencil and paper. Show us you workings. Use Adobe Illustrator. Eat Mango.
