It doesnt really affect the way I speak as such - more what I say. I come out realise loads of things I missed out telling them and I could have put things in a different way etc. If I was more relaxed then these things would just come easy - I had an interview a couple of months back for my current job - it was more just a chat - we sat down and just had a laugh and chatted, thats cool and I got the job. Its when I have to stick the old suit on and its all formal sat accross from them that I get it.
