I'll have to play Nothing Changes… again to be sure, but I think my early (subjective) opinion was that Man Mountain was a much better album.

Nothing Changes… is a good album that compares well to other, more consumate, downtempo (predominantly) instrumental albums of that time (such as those from Fila Brazillia and Zero7 productions.).
However, I feel that Man Mountain goes a step further than Nothing Changes… and has much more of its own sound.
It takes a clearer step away from the pack sound and includes some 'complete' songs.

Basically put, Man Mountain shows how Andy Dragazis is maturing as a writer and producer.
Nothing Changes… is a very good album with some really good tracks (e.g. Your Girl), but imho, Man Mountain is a *great* album with some outstanding tracks (e.g. Season Song w/ children.

Some other folk I know may disagree with me about which is better - but they'd be wrong.

That being said, both albums are worthy additions to my CD collection.
