It's not unreasonable, depending on the standard of your work. you need to work out an hourly rate, there are lots of threads about this http://www.designerstalk.com/forums/...earchid=293970

How much you charge will also depend on the quality and level of service you are offering - it doesn't matter that you know dreamweaver is the better design package, can you design? if your design work is at a proffesional level you can charge the rates you want, if you are a self taught bedroom designer with no commercial design experience it'll be toughter to justify the higher rate to clients and you may want to look at getting some agency experience under your belt.
