Here are some points that I did not like:
1 - I love pastel colors but in a web site about gaming, I prefer not to use (or view) it. Gamers like vivid colors, I think.
2 - There are toooo much Google ads on the page. Remove some!
3 - It would be nicer to put a "login box" at the top-right, instead of linking to login form.
4 - Don't show "top members" right beside the games. Instead of this, try placing "most popular games" up next to "what's new" section and dicrease the number of games displayed (e.g. 4-5 will be ok). Put "top members" section above the "statistics" box. And dicrease the number, too.
5 - Last thing: I think you should design a new logo for the site, with a good image - like a mascot or something.
