If you are looking for cheap UK reseller I have yet to find better than Heart Internet - Really good support, excellent accounts billing, have a 100% uptime disaster plan, bascially amazing features for the cash. Course this is only viable if you can afford a reseller - but if you have say; 10 sites, it's definitely worth considering.
